| Solbær experiments | ~1.5 kg left frozen. Into a red-apple cider, or its own thing. |
| Red-apple blend | Huge crop, no backbone alone. Bulk base lifted with paradisæbler for tannin and acid. |
| Thin the red tree | Testing whether the small watery fruit is crop load rather than character. Spring job. |
| Pick the baking apple later | OG 1.042 is low. More hang time should concentrate it. |
| Campden the autumn batch | 2026 so far is all unsulfited. The red-apple glut is big enough to split and try it both ways. |
| Photos in the log | photos/ exists and the batch files already link to filenames. Needs the actual images. |
| Auto-deploy on push | A GitHub Action running build_site.py + wrangler pages deploy, so the site updates without a command. |
| Identify the red tree | Called "red delicious" on no evidence. Small pink watery apples don't obviously fit. |
